Flexible Yoga for Real Life

With a blend of Hatha and Vinyasa yoga, Mariia’s classes are designed to support your body and your lifestyle. Whether you join online or in person, each session is a space to reconnect with yourself — free from trends, pressure, or comparison. Discover a practice that’s grounded, personal, and truly flexible — just like life.

Practice anywhere at any time. 

We all live busy lives, and practicing online from anywhere in the globe allows you to stay flexible and maintain your comfortable yoga routine. You no longer have to be tied to any studio's schedule or location.

Public lessons can be challenging, especially when you are just getting started. During private classes, you will have the opportunity to address your needs; there will be no need to catch up, and you will not be under pressure or urged to compare yourself to others.

Private classes can be taught in either Ukrainian or English.

Day off yoga club

During the workweek, it may be difficult to find time in your busy schedule to devote entirely to your practice. As a result, I formed the "Day Off Yoga" club, where we may practice yoga together every Sunday and Saturday.

A lesson lasts 70 minutes; if you are unable to participate online, you will receive a video recording of the class immediately after it ends. If the teacher is unable to teach the class online due to personal reasons, you will be given a pre-recorded practice. 

Aside from a weekly yoga practice, you will join in a channel where you may express your preferences for upcoming practices, watch all prerecorded sessions, and receive weekly updates about yoga philosophy, practical recommendations, and interesting facts about yoga. It will help to elevate your practice.

Mariia is specializing in breathing techniques and meditation. My yoga courses typically include a variety of asana sequences as well as creative themes based on the season, chakras, relationships with yourself and the world around you, eastern philosophy, or opening/strengthening certain body zones. The sequences are designed to meet the needs of the practitioners.
